The last days of school are just around the corner, and summer vacation is finally here! With all the free time now available, lots of students enjoy a variety of activities over the summer. Many enjoy things such as working, hanging out with friends, sleeping, video games, and movies. GHS students this summer are looking forward to watching a variety of different films this summer vacation.
Junior Grace Witynski is looking forward to a variety of different shows and films this summer.
“I’m so excited to watch the new Conjuring film that came out on Netflix! Also hopefully the second season of Heartstopper releases this summer,” Wityniski shared. “Hopefully I’ll be able to rewatch The Summer I Turned Pretty again! Oh and the new Inside Out movie I am so hyped for!”
Meanwhile senior Ella Gruben is feeling extremely ecstatic for the new Despicable Me 3 film releasing soon.
“I cannot wait for Despicable Me 3! I’m practically shaking at the bars of my enclosure for it to release,” Gruben said.
Meanwhile others are looking forward to the newest Marvel releases, that are at the top of their watchlists this summer, such as senior Eli Dennis.
“I’m looking forward to all the Marvel movies that I have not had time to watch yet, I’m so excited to get caught up, especially the new Across the Spider-Verse movie, I’m beyond excited for it!” he shared.
Bridgerton has all the craze on Netflix this summer, as Bryn Richards shares she is counting down the days until the rest of the season is finally released.
“Bridgerton part 2 of season 3 releases this summer and I am really excited to see how the season ends. I’m also very excited to see That 90’s Show part 2 that’s also releasing at the end of this month,” Richards said.
Junior Skylar Buchan is rewatching one of his favorite tv shows.
“I’m looking forward to rewatching Punisher on Disney Plus, it’s one of my favorites,” he shared.
All around students are enjoying their free time and are excited to watch new films and shows in the comfort of their own home, and on the big screen.
