The Godzilla vs Kong: New Empire movie is coming to theaters on March 29, with the new movie’s arrival it is leaving people wondering “Who will win?” Will it be Kong or will it be Godzilla? 

In the last movie Godzilla came back from the sea and beat Kong, But rather than kill him like he did the MUTO and Ghidorah monsters, Godzilla left Kong to succumb to his wounds. And this leads to the movie that’s coming out soon where they will fight again.

The new movie talks about Godzilla and Kong clashing in an epic battle as the humans unravel the intertwined origins and connection to Skull Island’s mysteries.

People on team Kong like junior Trevor Picago think he will win because of how fast he is.

 “I think Kong will win because he is more agile and could totally beat Godzilla,” he said.

People on team Godzilla think he will win because of how strong he is.

“Godzilla can completely destroy cities with his atomic breath and is also absolutely massive, King Kong is just a giant gorilla”. Junior Max Vitrano said.

There are some people who think there will be bigger monsters and that they will have to work together. Senior Kahlina Binon thinks this will happen because of the trailer. 

”I saw the trailer and I felt like they were hinting at a bigger monster. So I think they will have to work together,” she said.

Despite people’s different opinions on who should win, one thing is the same: the fact that people love and want to keep seeing these movies. 

As Godzilla fan senior Allie Schneck put it, “I love this series and will be seeing the new movie when it comes out with my friends at the Bistro Plex.”
